Craniosacral Therapy
A very gentle therapy yet...very powerful. Craniosacral Therapy uses light touch and gentle techniques to release deep restrictions and tension in the body. It helps balance our body's natural rhythms and encourages our natural ability to heal. It can relieve pain, tension, and stress. It is also a doorway into our subconscious where even deeper healing can take place.
Craniosacral Therapy is a specialty of Beyond Wellness and is one of our most popular services. This is not a massage but is often added or included in a massage service.

Sacred Journey Massage is ideal for women who are experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional pain or are seeking a more spiritual experience.
This massage will focus on relaxing the physical body, opening and releasing any tensions or restrictions within both the physical body and energy body, along with raising your energetic vibration.
As the body begins to re-balance, stagnant energy may be released, and profound insight or clarity may be experienced. We are opening the door to unlimited possibilities!
Sacred Journey Massage includes Craniosacral Therapy within the massage.

Custom Therapeutic Massage Session
A highly customized treatment that is designed to help you achieve a state of balance and health. This service is ideal for someone experiencing pain, imbalance or discomfort. The focus of this session is on the physical body, alleviating symptoms, and addressing root cause issues. This session may include a combination of Therapeutic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Abdominal Therapy or Visceral Manipulation.

Lymphatic Massage
This is a gentle massage that stimulates the lymphatic system. It helps revitalize your energy and detox your body. With lymphatic massage we can help stimulate the bodies natural cleaning process, promoting a healthier immune system and state of being. (note: this service is for general well-being and is not intended for post surgical recovery or medical treatment.)

Abdominal Therapy/Visceral Manipulation
Your belly is the center of your health, and it will tell you when it's not working properly. This can manifest in many ways such as menstrual cycle issues, infertility, pelvic floor dysfunction, digestive issues, or back pain. It may also effect your emotions and create depression, anxiety, and fatigue.
Abdominal Therapy uses gentle massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation techniques to help organs work better, improve circulation, encourage energy flow, and enhance overall health and well-being.
Abdominal Therapy/Visceral Manipulation can be added to any service or booked as a full session for more focused work.
