Tara is a student of the Sacred Journey Institute in Tinley Park, Illinois and graduate of the Wellness and Massage Training Institute in Woodridge, Illinois.

Tara is a gifted massage therapist who uses her intuitive abilities to create session to meet specific needs of the client. Tara specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Esalen Massage, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Pre-natal Massage.

Tara also incorporates Cranial Sacral Therapy as well and Miasm Release Therapy into her sessions.
